Welcome to Portalfeedbt. These Terms of Service govern your access to and utilization of the website, tools, route calculation software, and travel dossier generation services operated by Portalfeedbt Travel Technologies B.V. (Company No. KVK 84920193, Amsterdam, Netherlands).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, accessing, or interacting with the "Build My Trip" engine or any associated guides on Portalfeedbt.surf, you agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms and our integrated Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any portion of these provisions, you must cease using our platform immediately.

2. Nature of Service: Planning & Information Tool

Portalfeedbt provides algorithmic trip route sequencing, rail schedule estimations, budget modeling, and destination neighborhood guides. Portalfeedbt is an independent trip planning engine and not a direct carrier, airline, hotelier, or travel agency. We do not issue ticket stock, collect payments for third-party rail operators, or execute hotel room reservations directly.

3. Accuracy of Train Timetables & Pricing Estimates

While our route matrices and price indices are continuously cross-referenced against official rail carrier schedules (including Eurostar, SNCF, SBB, Trenitalia, DB, and ÖBB), train schedules, track maintenance, strikes, dynamic pricing, and currency fluctuations may cause variances. Users are strictly advised to verify final departure timetables directly with operating carriers before travel.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All software architectures, interactive itinerary logic, design systems, algorithms, written editorial guides, and graphical branding on Portalfeedbt are the exclusive proprietary property of Portalfeedbt Travel Technologies B.V. and are protected by European and international copyright laws. Reproduction, scraping, or commercial extraction without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Netherlands and European law, Portalfeedbt and its officers, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

Missed train, flight, or ferry connections due to timetable discrepancies or strike actions.
Third-party lodging cancellations, price alterations, or overbooking issues.
Visa, Schengen 90/180-day rule miscalculations, or border entry refusals.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and any contractual or non-contractual disputes arising from the use of Portalfeedbt shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands. The competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands shall possess sole jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
